Saturday Fun

Me and Emeri hung out on Saturday while Matt went to work, golfed, and changed the oil in the jeep. Later Saturday night we all went to Micah and Katelin's (our friends) to have dessert (chocolate fountain) and we also played some interesting games.

Katelin made this cute hat for Emeri but it was too small so she's gonna make another one for her. Matt got quite a sun burn playing golf today.

Pretty Eyes

I took this picture on Tuesday and wanted everyone to see how beautiful Emeri's eyes are. They are kind of a darker blue, for now. She always has her eyes open so big, I guess so she won't miss out on anything:)

Easter

We celebrated Easter at the Fankhausers this year. Emeri got to look for her stuff that Larry and Kay hid around the house. She got some books, money and a white Spring dress. We got some candy and some money. We went to Matt's grandparents' house in the evening for an Easter get together and for some dinner. Emeri got to find a bucket that had some money in. Of course she really couldn't find her stuff on her own so Matt and I had fun helping her find them. It was also Matt's birthday on Easter (Happy Birthday Matt!) and so his dad made him steak on Saturday and ribs on Sunday. He loves steak and ribs. Matt happens to have the same birthday as my mom but we couldn't be in two places at once so Happy Birthday Mom!



Here's Emeri with all her Easter stuff. Do you like her cute bunny pajamas? I bought them a while ago but I wasn't thinking about Easter at the time so it was just a coincidence that I packed them this weekend and that she happened to be wearing them on Easter Day.

Here's a Spring/Easter dress that I bought for her, unfortunately, she only got to where it twice because she grows so fast. In this picture, the top button is actually unbuttoned because the dress was too small for her but I wanted her to wear it for Easter and take some pictures with her in it.

Here's our latest family picture that Matt's sister Megan took for us. Emeri was more interested in her fist the whole time so we didn't really get any shots of her looking at the camera. The sun was pretty bright too so she didn't really like that very much.
